You can pay by eSewa or choose cash on delivery. All prices are in Nepalese rupees (NPR).

Most preloved clothing on Thriftverse costs between NPR 300 and NPR 1,500. Branded jackets, denim and genuine vintage typically run NPR 1,500 to NPR 4,000 depending on the label and its condition.

Yes. Sellers photograph the specific item they are selling and record its condition before listing. There are no stock photos and nothing is dropshipped.

Every order ships through NCM, which covers all of Nepal. Inside Kathmandu Valley delivery is usually 1-2 days; most other cities are 2-4 days, and far-western districts can take 4-5.

Yes. A tracking code is emailed to you as soon as the seller drops the parcel with NCM, and you can check status any time on the Track Order page using your order code.

Yes. Sellers ship nationwide through NCM, so you can order from a Kathmandu, Pokhara or Butwal seller wherever you are in Nepal.

Return windows are category-specific and start from delivery: 2 days for clothing, shoes, bags, accessories and books; 3 days for toys and home and garden; 5 days for electronics and sports; 7 days for furniture and automotive. Beauty and health items are final sale.

Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days. The full conditions, exclusions and per-category rules are on the Return & Refund Policy page.

Contact us within your category’s return window with your order code and photographs. Undisclosed damage or a significant mismatch with the listing is a valid ground for return.

Download the Thriftverse mobile app and create your store there. You choose a username and get your own storefront address at yourname.thriftverse.shop. Setup takes an afternoon.

Opening a store is free, with no listing fee and no monthly fee. Thriftverse takes a 5% commission only when an item sells, which covers the eSewa transaction fee, delivery support including failed cash-on-delivery returns, and product promotion. You keep 95% of every completed order.

Payments are settled to your registered payment details after the order completes. You add these during seller onboarding in the app.

You get an email and a push notification when an order comes in. Pack the item, generate the NCM shipping label from the app, tape it on, and drop the parcel at your nearest NCM branch. NCM handles the rest.

Your subdomain is your own store address on Thriftverse. Choose "vintage" and your store lives at vintage.thriftverse.shop, a link you can put in an Instagram or TikTok bio that will not disappear like a story.

Seller stores are reviewed before they are listed, payment goes through eSewa or cash on delivery rather than direct bank transfers, and every order is tracked end to end with a published return policy.

Subdomain changes are limited so that links sellers have already shared keep working. Contact support if you need to change yours and we can discuss options.

You can request account deletion from the Delete Account page or from your settings in the app. Deletion is permanent and removes your data from the platform.
